Exchanges and Returns Policy
At Forth, we have adopted an exchange and returns policy in line with the Consumer Protection Code, with the aim of guaranteeing an effective, agile and satisfactory negotiation for you, our client.
Deadline for exchange or return
All Forth customers have the right to request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of delivery if the product has not met their expectations.
Procedure for exchange or return
If you choose to contact us by e-mail or telephone, we will send you a form to fill in and send back with the item(s). It is essential to include this form when returning the product, and communication to the customer service department is indispensable to avoid sending it back without prior consultation. On the back of the invoice to be returned/exchanged, the customer must state the reason for the return/exchange, the name of the person returning it and the date of the return.
Return for Repentance/Withdrawal
If upon receiving the product you decide to return it out of regret, the deadline is seven calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, please observe the following conditions:
The product must show no signs of use.
It should preferably be sent in its original packaging.
Accompanied by an invoice, labels, tags (label with product reference code) duly attached to the product and all its accessories.
Costs
The entire exchange and return process is free of charge for the customer. There are no costs for exchanges or returns within the warranty period.
Processing time
All customers receive a refund within 7 days, provided all exchange and/or return rules are respected. You will receive a full refund or exchange as soon as the returned product is received.
Credit Card: The amount to be refunded will be credited directly to your bill. Your card issuer will be notified immediately, and the process can take between 1 and 2 invoices, depending on the due date and the date of the chargeback request. Important: Responsibility for returning the balance lies with the card company and the issuing bank.
