Returns and Refund Policy

At Forth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or invoice is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and clear instructions on how to send your item back.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items:

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Unfortunately, these items cannot be returned.


Exchanges:

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.


Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
