Refund Policy
If for any reason you wish to cancel your purchase or return an order, we at Forth are here to help. You have up to 7 calendar days after delivery to request a refund, and it will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
To start the return process, follow these simple steps:
Contact us at suporte@forthpremium.com to request a return authorization.
Pack the product carefully, ensuring that it is in suitable condition for return, and include the completed return form.
Once we receive the returned product, you will have two refund options:
Credit Card: The amount will be refunded directly to your bill. Your card issuer will be notified immediately, and the process can take between 1 and 2 invoices to complete, depending on the due date and the date of the chargeback request.
It is important to note that the responsibility for the chargeback lies with the card company and the issuing bank.
