Shipping Policy

Our products are imported from China and other Asian countries and shipped directly to the customer's home using the Dropshipping model. All customs duties and taxes are already included in the value of the products, ensuring that the customer does not pay any additional fees.

SECTION 1: CALCULATION OF FREIGHT CHARGES

The shipping price and delivery time are calculated based on the destination ZIP code of the order, and do not take into account the size of the package or the weight of the items. Regardless of the number of items or the total value of the purchase, both the price and the delivery time will remain unchanged.

SECTION 2: RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERIES

All products are delivered exclusively by the Post Office delivery service. In special situations, such as the absence of the recipient, delivery restrictions in certain areas or incorrect address information, customers may be asked to collect the products from the Post Office nearest to their home.

In the event of an incorrect address and the impossibility of delivery, the product may be redirected to our distribution center. We therefore recommend that you pay special attention to filling in the address correctly. The customer is responsible for incorrect addresses that make delivery impossible.

The Post Office will make up to three delivery attempts. If they are unsuccessful, the package can be picked up at the nearest post office within a maximum of 7 days. After this period, the product will be returned to our distribution center.

SECTION 3: PREPARATION TIME

Once the order has been processed and payment confirmed in our system, the subsequent steps include selecting, packing and dispatching the product. This process usually takes between 1 and 3 working days. Please note: orders placed after 20:00 will have an additional day added to the delivery time.

SECTION 4: SHIPPING AND TRACKING CODE

The tracking code is sent to the e-mail address registered with the purchase within 7 working days of the order being processed. To track your order, go to the Post Office page and enter the tracking code provided in your e-mail.

SECTION 5: PRODUCT DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is estimated at between 5 and 14 working days after the order has been dispatched. However, unforeseen events such as postal strikes, adverse weather conditions or risk areas, as well as national holidays, may influence the delivery time.

SECTION 6: SHIPPING COSTS

All items in our store are shipped with Free Shipping throughout Brazil.
